Mich Gerber is a solo acoustic 'bass orchestra'. He creates layers of music (live looping), weaving the whole into a rich rhythmic and melodic soundscape. Mich Gerber has a very distinct way of playing the double bass by plucking, bowing and using the instruments body as a percussive tool.
